From actual sceneries to expression of images ¥² – Mentality of Indian ink and emotional approach to the inner self

A painting hanging at the center lobby of UN ESCAP headquarters. The thing where sun and moon are rising together is called heaven. The only person who can use the sun and moon at the same time in nature is the King.
The large stroke of Indian ink at the sky symbolizes the covering of sky while the mountains with deep curve are expressed with small slender brush to express the energy of land by comparing with the large stroke of Indian ink.
